We offer classes as an educational and self-care component of our services. All of our classes are accessible to beginners. We are focused on developing your own sense of feeling good in your body and moving in a way that is easy and joyful, without pain! We offer a variety of regular movement practices that keep you grounded in your body while empowering you with the information, education and experience to understand and work WITH your body-mind-spirit over the long-term.
Our instructors are highly skilled in adapting classes to meet every student exactly where they are. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time, looking for a gentle way to get moving, recovering from an injury or trauma, or just wanting to give yourself time to slow down and tune in, our classes have something for you.
