Massage and Bodywork
Our Approach
We offer a wide range of effective therapeutic massage services. They range from very gentle, yet profound techniques to very deep pressure modalities. But there is no need to decide which is best for you prior to your session. During your consultation your therapist will discuss your needs and concerns and work with you to decide on the best approach for your treatment.
To enhance your experience, we warm our organic massage oil and apply hot, steamy towels for each session (chilled towels are available, if you prefer). For maximum results, we customize each visit often combining several therapies to address your individual needs.

Massage Enhancements
- Acupressure Face Massage - 30 Minutes $65
This treatment consists of a 30-minute acupressure face massage. It is a simple but delightful massage treatment that: * soothes and relieves tension headaches * disperses sinus congestion * softens facial lines and tension * drains lymphatic puffiness revealing a fresh, natural glow from within! We use only organic ingredients (hydrosols, aromatherapy and base oils) with natural anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety properties. We end this soothing treatment with a steamy cocoon of warm, scented towels.
- Gua Sha Facial Massage - 30 Minutes 65.00
This gentle version of the traditional Chinese technique "Gua Sha" is relaxing and rejuvenating. But don't let that fool you! It lifts and firms the skin as it removes stagnation (aka lymph fluid) and increases circulation creating a youthful glow. We use organic sunflower oil for the treatment and finish with a hot towel (or cool towel for sensitive types) and rose water to soothe and tone the skin. Use it as an add-on to your massage or as a stand-alone treatment. Benefits: Brighter, more radiant skin, smoother skin, uplifts sagging skin, improves uneven skin, reduce dark circles, eye bags, puffy eyes, and scars. It also clears clogged pores, reduces pore size, detoxifies skin, controls acne and pimples, reduces pigmentation and freckles.
- Sole Delight Foot Treatment - 15-Minutes $25
This simple treatment is a favorite with our clients. It starts with a mini reflexology treatment, then a yummy foot massage using a gentle, highly effective sloughing cream to remove hardened skin and remedy those cracked heels. This delicious foot treat ends with hot scented towels (of either lemongrass or peppermint -- you choose!), a green tea spritz with a silky bright peppermint foot cream finish. You're sure to regret putting your shoes back on!
- CBD Enhancement $20.00
Enhance the benefits of your massage with hemp-derived cannabidiol, CBD, long used for its ability to both relive pain and soothe the mind through its action on the nervous system. Lacuna Botanicals combines a variety of responsibly sourced biological ingredients (including essential oils and terpenes) that complement and enhance the effects of CBD for maximum absorption and efficacy. This product is designed to stimulate your body's own endocannabinoid system, associated with reducing pain and inflammation, calming the nervous system, and regulating sleep.
- Warm Stone Enhancement $25.00
Hot stone massage utilizes heat-retaining basalt stones. Thermal conduction in the warm stones brings about local and systematic changes in the body greatly improving circulation, melting trigger points, and inducing a deeply relaxed state. Your session will be a combination of massage with the use of the therapist's hands in conjunction with the use of hot basalt stones. NOTE: The heat of the basalt stones can deeply penetrate the musculature and thereby melt trigger points without the use of strong pressure. (Available October to April).
***WARNING: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CLIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION.***
