Wake up with the sun! Energize your body mind and spirit in this early morning practice that energizes your day and harmonizes your life. Synchronizing movement with breath will help to develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony for the participant and their environment. Focus will be on smoothly flowing movements between poses guided by the force of inhales and exhales. Each class is unique and may include many variations of Sun Salutations as well as standing postures, seated postures, forward bends and twists, ending with 15 minutes of deep relaxation. Suitable for yogis of all levels.
